Accountant
Tracey is a part of our Accounting team at BISCosgrove.
Joining us in 2020, Tracey brings with her a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, and workplace health and safety. With a practical and down-to-earth approach, Tracey is passionate about supporting small businesses—helping them stay organised, compliant, and in control of their finances—particularly tradies and those in the construction industry.
Tracey holds a Diploma in Accounting from Southern Cross University (2020), a Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety from Advanced Industry Training (2016), and a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) from the Australian College (2010). Her diverse qualifications, combined with hands-on industry experience, give her a unique understanding of the challenges that small business owners face day to day.
She’s especially focused on helping clients get clear on what matters right now—cutting through the noise to find practical solutions that drive their business forward. Tracey recognises the importance of balance, and encourages clients to not only build successful businesses, but to do so in a way that supports their lifestyle and wellbeing.
