Say hello to Betina, our primary administrator and client services co-ordinator at our Gold Coast office.
Joining BIS Cosgrove at the beginning of 2023, Betina seamlessly assumed the dual role of administrator and client services co-ordinator. Betina is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that their initial interactions with us are nothing short of exceptional, as well as providing office support to staff.
Before joining BIS Cosgrove, Betina worked in her own small business and thrived in the realm of practice management. She understands the ins and outs of running a business and has an extensive knowledge of office management. She also holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
Betina is responsible for our premium client experience. Our administrators are the backbone that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine, and Betina is no exception!
